1)  Error when redisplaying employee

·                     Right Clicked on Nancy Bader

·                     Selected Re-Display

·                     Got the following Error and a hard crash

·                     Employee did not redisplay.

 

 

 

2) Auto Sign-In/Out not functioning

·                    
Assigned
ZD 1700-0100 shift

·                     AF 1736 - 0136 shift at 1730

·                     Auto sign-in failed on both

 

 

 

3)  Screen Redraw on Double Click

·                     Double clicking on any of the time fields in the  On Duty List causes screen redraw.

 

 

4)  Dash 10 inaccurate

·                     Assigned BV to 20D @ 0056

·                     RC relieved BV @ 0058

·                     RC combined 20D with 21R @ 0059

·                     RC reopened 20D @ 0110

·                     Combination to 21R never reflected in -10.

 

 

5)  Drag from On Position to CIC caused Error

·                     Dragged ZD from On Position list and dropped in CIC list

·                     Selected Close position

·                     Got the following error

·                     Selected OK and got the next error message with ZD displayed as CIC

 

 

 

 

6)  No duties in other duties drop down list

·                     Dragged RC to Other Duties

·                     No types of duties available

 

 

7)  Error when moving ZD from CIC list

·                     Dragged ZD from CIC list to On Position List

·                     Selected Close CIC

·                     RC was working 06R he disappeared

·                     ZD did not show up in On Position List

·                     Tried to move ZC from On Duty List to On Position List got the following error.

 

 

 

 

8)  Unable to certify anyone, thus can't produce T/A's

·                     Attempted to certify Ray Spickler

·                     Got the following error

·                     Clicked OK and got the next error

·                     Certification failed

·                     Same error on all employees

 

 

 

9) TOP Reset

·                     Dragged AF from 06R to On Duty List @ 1926

·                     Dragged AF from On Duty List @ 1928

·                     TOP for AF reset to Zero

 

 

10) Icons flash for no reason about every 5 seconds

 

 

 

11)  Error when deleting employee

·                     Attempted to delete ZD and got the following error

 

 

 

12)  drag and drop unreliable

·                     Clicked on AF in On Duty List and attempted to drag directly to On Position List.

·                     Would not initiate drag and drop .

·                     Dragged down then accross drag and drop would initiate.

·                     With 17 poeple on duty drag and drop works first try 30% of the time.

 

13)  Change I&I settings still available to supervisors

·                     Logged in as Sup. was able to access I&I settings

 

 

14)  Selecting Position Reports causes resize of Duty Board

·                     Selected Position Report from the Reports drop down menu

·                     Duty board resized form full screen to this compressed size .

·                     Closed the position report and the Duty board remained in this small state.

 

 

15) Unable to cancel leave taken in middle of shift

·                     Assigned IG leave from 2113 to 2125

·                     IG displayed in Other Duties List

·                     Attempt to drag IG from Other Duties List to On Duty list get Sign ON -UTC window

·                     Select OK and nothing happens

 

 

16) Returning from leave flashing bold yellow

·                     Assigned IG leave from 2113 to 2125

·                     IG displayed in Other Duties List

·                     At 2125 IG diplayed bold yellow in the On Duty List Requiring verification of attendance.

 

 

17)  Schedule importation errors

·                     Clicked Contacts from the Tasks Pull Down Menu and recieved this error

 

19)  OJTI Report poorly designed.  Way to much wasted space.

 

 

20)  No choices in drop down to combine sector

·                     Dragged RH from On Position List to OSIC

·                     Selected to not stay on position

·                     Combine window had nothing in drop down

 

 

 

 

21)  Error when Moving employee from On Position to OSIC

·                     Dragged RH from On Position to OSIC

·                     Selected to close position

·                     Got the following errors

·                     RH did not move to the OSIC position

·                      

 

 

 

22)  Enhancement

·                     Attempted to drag RS from 66H to 66d

·                     Would not allow me to drag and drop on SK working 66d

·                     Had to move RS off  ON Position List then drag and drop from On Duty List on SK

 

23)  Drag and Drop Causes Refresh

·                     Dragged BU from On Duty to On Position

·                     Verified Time

·                     Assigned Position 06H

·                     On Duty Board redrew

 

24) Strange Pop UP Window

·                     Openned Contact Window

·                     Got an Oracle Error

·                     Returned to OPS

·                     Clicked on CP

·                     Got the following POP up window

·                     Notice the Cursur is in the Shift Start Time of CP

·                     Was then able to edit CP Shift Start Time (See second screen shot)

·                     Then got Data type mismatch when I clicked off it.

·                     Then I edited his shift end time to "02:00" and it accepted the change.

 

 

 

 

 

25)  Right Mouse Click Move

·                     TE is working CIC

·                     Right Mouse Clicked TE in On Duty List

·                     Selected Move To

·                     On Position List is Greyed out.

 

 

26)  OJTI Report Time Format (Need to use 24 hour time format, currently using 12 hours clock with no PM/AM)

·                     Assinged WZ to training with HJ at 1830Z

·                     Stopped training at 1840Z

·                     Clicked Reports OJTI and Selected 11/4

·                     Times are formatted shows 06:30.  This does not match local or UTC time.

·

27) Error after completing importation of schedule

 

 

28)  CruOPS Froze

·                     Left CruOPS running with people scheduled for the Mid shift

·                     Returned the next morning

·                     CruOPS was stuck on 12:00 AM.

·                     Clicked on employee and screen refreshed.

·                     Employees never went Bold/Yellow
